All prescription-only weight loss medications require a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. If your order has been approved and paid for, you will not be charged any additional fees without prior notice and your consent.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders approved after the daily dispatch cut-off will be sent the following working day. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather or carrier delays.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC guidelines.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds will not be issued where treatment has been declined due to the provision of inaccurate information by the patient.
